Equipment for liquid waste treatment

In today's world, liquid waste is, together with solid waste, the main source of pollution from people.

It is therefore imperative to treat it, both to protect its recipients (soil, seas, surface waters, etc.) and its users for secondary use.

Treatment technologies:

ΜΒR

Development of biological treatment (CAS) with the addition of membranes to separate MLSS from "pure" water.

The membranes can be UF or MF. UF (≤0.05 μm) is preferred for better quality of treated waste.

Tertiary Treatment

In existing biological classical type units or extension of treatment (tertiary / quaternary treatment) with introduction of membranes, we can have equal clean water with the one of the MBR. Here the treatment can be done with membrane type - Microfiltration MF, Ultrafiltration (UF), Nanofiltration (NF) or Reverse Osmosis (RO).

The post-treatment can be done with one or a combination of the above types of membranes as well as with Sandfilter and / or Activated Carbon Filter (old method).

Sanitation

Sanitation with UV, ozonolysis

Solar drying of biosludge

Solar drying of bio-sludge is prefered over other technologies (such as thermal drying, which we also offer!) achieving key economic (CAPEX & OPEX) and environmental objectives [ZSD (Zero Solid Discharge) - circular & green economy].

Solar energy is used to evaporate humidity from the sludge - a simple and inexpensive process that not only significantly reduces the volume of sludge, but also reduces the cost of transport (trucks) and CO2 emissions

There are two basic options: The sludge can be dried in a batch process, through a fully automated process (Electric Mole) or with the help of SludgeManager ™ in a continuous process.

Sanitation of the dried sludge with thermal conditioner for agricultural use.

CHEMiTEC as the exclusive representative and partner of THERMO-SYSTEM will be happy to help you choose the process that best suits the needs of your project.
